Todd Hildreth, JM, CSP is a motivated, personable business professional with a vast amount of experience and education that has allowed him to create a successful 30-Year track record of cost reduction in sound and accomplished compliance policies and procedures. He holds a juris-masters in Compliance Law, an Interdisciplinary bachelor’s degree with emphasis in business and government, a minor in Christian Counseling, is a certified safety professional (CSP) through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP), an authorized OSHA trainer (OSHA 500), a husband and father of 8 children (having adopted four of the children), and an integral member of his community. His background has been further shaped by having held licenses as a health insurance agent, an insurance agent and broker in the commercial lines, and to be a licensed workers’ compensation representative for employers in the state of Nevada. He is a Marine who previously received an honorable discharge when his eight years of service were done, having received a certificate of commendation. Having experienced every level of employment from a first level to being a Vice President of a company has allowed him to understand the mentality, desires, and needs of each part of an organization. It is from these experiences, the education, and the over-30 years of practice that he approaches his tasks and benefits his clients.
